Forgot User Id?
If you have forgotten your User ID which is your email address (but remember your password) click on "Forgot your User ID". You will be prompted to answer questions: your first name, last name, and city. If you answer correctly, the e-mail address you provided when registering will be displayed.

Forgot Password?
If you have forgotten your password (but remember your User ID, which is your e-mail address), click on "Forgot your Password?". You will be prompted for your e-mail address. We will e-mail you your password.
Please note that we only provide your password via email for security reasons.

Forgot Both ID and Password?
Step 1
If you have forgotten your User ID which is your email address click on "Forgot your User ID". You will be prompted to answer questions: your first name, last name, and city. If you answer correctly, the e-mail address you provided when registering will be displayed.
Step 2
If that e-mail address is still valid, click on "Forgot your Password?", provide that e-mail address when prompted, and your password will be e-mailed to you.
If that e-mail address is NO LONGER valid, please fax a copy of your Driver License to 1-877-522-2565 or e-mail a clear image of your Driver License to forgotidpassword@mbajobs.ca , with a valid email address. We will find your account, update your e-mail address, and send you your password. That new e-mail address will become your new User ID.
